Sessions: Understanding Dementia & Difficult Behaviors; Legal Issues, Understanding Palliative and Hospice Care, Nursing Home Resident Rights, Grandfamily Support Services and Alabama Cares Respite Services.

A Matter of Balance is a series of 8, 2-hoursessions designed to reduce the fear of falling and increase the activity levels of older adults who have concerns about falls.
