DESCRIPTION:VOLUNTEER ANNOUNCEMENT! \nOur Tax Counseling Program for the Elderly (TCE) recruits and trains volunteers to prepare tax returns for older adults. Learn more at our community meeting.  If you can’t attend this meeting\, we are also holding meetings on August August 21 @10am (Coastal AL Community College – Gulf Shores) and August 28 @10:30am (Gulf Shores Public Library). \nHere are the benefits of being a tax prep volunteer: \nReceive a daily stipend \nDevelop friendships and do meaningful work \nWork from January – April\, 1-2 days per week \nReceive training and continual support \nWork with easy-to-use tax software for data entry \nCall 251-444-1660 or email srsvp@sarpc.org \nThe Retired Senior Volunteer Program provides Seniors (55 and over) with meaningful and rewarding volunteer experiences in their local communities. RSVP is one of the largest volunteer networks in the nation\, and the South Alabama RSVP serves Baldwin and Escambia counties.
