DESCRIPTION:The TCE (Tax Counseling for the Elderly) free tax preparation program is funded through a federal grant. Volunteers are recruited\, trained and IRS certified by RSVP (Retired Senior Volunteer Program). Both federal and state tax returns are electronically filed.
