DESCRIPTION:Our federal Tax Counseling for the Elderly Program uses trained volunteers to completes tax returns – at no charge – for older adults and the disabled. Volunteers perform meaningful work\, receive onsite training\, utilize easy to use tax tax software and receive a stipend for the work.  Program is January through April and volunteers work about 2 days per week.
